All payments are through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
shipping methods
JULE handbags ships via FedEx within the United States. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the client and are nonrefundable. Shipping fees vary depending upon your location. International shipping is available via USPS. Import duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the client. Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. JULE handbags does not accept responsibility for goods that have been mistreated or mishandled.
time of delivery
JULE handbags can be shipped within five business days upon receipt of payment. If the handbag you are requesting is out of stock, please do keep in mind that your bag will be made-to-order and allow two to three weeks to ship. This does not include the actual shipping time.
return/exchange policy
All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt. JULE handbags will accept returns for full refund of items within 14 days of delivery of purchase. Items returned outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of JULE handbags. Those items accepted after 14 days of delivery will be exchanged for credit towards online purchases at JULE handbags only. Exchanged items can only be reshipped to the client after the returned goods have been received and undergone quality control measures. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. The purchaser assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Please send an email to info@julehandbags.com notifying us of your return. Be sure to include your mailing address and daytime phone number. Please contact us and we will provide you with the mailing address for returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to orders@julehandbags.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we are not able to cancel or modify your purchase once the order has left our premises.
product care
Each fabric used in the design of JULE handbags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and appeal. Please treat your handbag with care to extend its life. We recommend spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for the removal of most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actually treating the stain to avoid any uncontrollable variations in the reaction of the fabric. Evenings bags should be treated with special care as delicate fabrics should only be cleaned by dry cleaning specialists.
Unless otherwise stated, all JULE handbags are pre-treated with a fabric protectant.
